It's going to come down to FA. If there's a bumped up announcement to bolster the conversion price, well and good. They are already underwritten but I'm sure they'd like to see some sort of a hard valuation being put down. Something strong from China, not just a fanciful agreement, would underpin the SP, leaving the deal making and data release etc, to build upon.
