irrelevant ..the whole intention of management is to rise the profile of the business and make lasting strong financials deal. If they do poorly against the common holder not only will the share price go to the gutter but all those bonuses will be worthless as nobody will pay a cent for them..can't sell what nobody wants..can only give it away..so liquidity will be non existent..also the company have a lot of heavy hitting instos on board..so to me that means zero chance of anything dodgy..realistically if your a director would you want the bonuses and salary of a 5 million dollar company or 1 billion dollar company..
