i'm sure it will all happen in the fullness of time.....as you say, we have an agm to sort....
RCF have been here for ages, i remember a couple of years back they were drip feeding finance in at 1.5c share, when the market price was around .004..........i'm sure they're owed big time, and are obviously happy to simply let "the new broom sweep clean"
