Yes finacially, I am still an Australian Tax payer, going back each year to do the Tax return etc. I rent my unit out in Sydney, the monthly rental in a condo complex here is approx a third of what I get for mine. I trade with Comsec online and access the returns via the ATMs here. Weather great hot at times, food fantastic and cheap, drink the same except if you drink in the bars all the time!!! wet the appetite????
