Yes that's my understanding too BW. If you sell immediately after the award outcome is announced, you get nothing except the SP increase. The share price will have all risks factored in and may not represent the market or face value of the current asset (cash) until the decision is made on how to treat it. This will take an extra ordinary meeting by the Board. The Board will then need to put options to shareholders. Option to include how the leftover money will be spent (strategic business plan).  This is consistent with how the Board and Ross have reported in recent times e.g. capital raise. The above may run into the new year before it is resolved. Plenty of time for other significant events to occur and drive the price even higher. All IMHO.
