I think most likely a jilted T/O offerer. I think once KE realised he didn't have the backing for a quick sale he started unloading which he and everyone else knew would destabilise the sp.......giving anyone with an axe to grind the perfect opportunity to stick the boots in.
I have no evidence other than KE selling, the company stating offer/offers were made low ball and the sp being battered beyond belief.
AVZ requires a deal of some kind with a large entity who has the $$ to see this through to production to truly turn this mammoth around.
Management are not stupid imo, you don't put yr hand out with this kind of performance unless there is something that will change everyone's mind.....
