Yes, it's unheard of really. When a minerals explorer finds an exploitable, high grade deposit of an in demand mineral, especially a shallow one starting at surface, then it prioritises and expedites it's development. It doesn't slow it down, usually.
I know you said it was a wild theory that MTC could be used as a vehicle to purchase a 49% share in the operating multi billion dollar lithium mine Wodgina, on behalf of apparently unrelated parties, and I agree with that sentiment. The author of the news article also obviously does by calling it a "hail mary" play.
It's dissapointing that our Chairman was spending time on that and other things and our QAR was not submitted in time resulting in a suspension from trading and our only proven, exploitable assett at Cancet has not been drilled in over a year.
Wodgina is a 'hey look over there' ploy in my opinion, when we should be focusing on Cancet.
