Not sure if they knew you looked at their pics Maggie, Facebook is getting a bad wrap for privacy issues and rightly so. From what I understand the site knows where you go and what you look at and then issues recommendations to you and others to link you. It’s no different to the ads on hc, the site displays links to sites you have visited. Your friends would got a recommendation to befriend you, and you will probably get one to befriend them. The word friend on Facebook is a very long bow. Kids seem to use it as perception of being popular which is sad, ie 1000 people on their friends list of people they have never met and probably never will.
