We have suspected that there has been a lot of sell down by "Barbara Morgan" and ? associates and the near simultaneous selling has explained the recent low.The capping has been going on for some time and I wouldn't draw any inferences good or bad,but what it may mean is that there will be less capping- probably - unless they still want to unload further- no idea.Would like to find out one day!
It represents an excellent way for an insto to build a big holding by going to all 3 willing sellers and taking them out.
