They should be shut down fall stop as none of this should have happened. I can see why SBM was throwing money around but none went to this crew. Read it with an open mind and mainly focus on that table on page 7. Check the figures and what they achieve also note they didn't include $1.2mill for the first plant payment which I initially missed as they wrote it down as a "sunk cost". It's a cost for the build. It's like building a house but not including the cost of the concrete slab just because you poured it few months back. The highlighted bit below it just covers the scope Como were given. Also note what's been excluded in the exclusions as they're not freeby items.

I still think they are currently proceeding with the best course of action to save this project. The share price has dropped because they stuff it in the DFS. If they'd only borrow $50mill to start with I think they could have pulled it off.
