Kin themselves clearly state the incoming directiors asked for the report. Remember Dixon presented at ROU stating “all is good after some of the new directors had started but obviously before the report three weeks later”. Munckton came on shortly after and I suspect the report might have been done by requested of him to do DD before he accepted the role. It was his own report and his interpretation of the Como report that led to the halt as stated by KIN themselves.
