The potential for BBI to be looking to build their own refinery could very well behind the recent "all-in" enthusiasm for SMS to demonstrate they can provide both a turn-key mine site plant and refinery package... if so, the potentially enormous blue sky coming about from future TIVAN royalties could be much sooner in the forseeable future than any of us expected. Two TIVAN refineries in development within 3-5 years (from memory Balla Balla has much of the environmental approvals etc already in place??) could create some serious hype. Let's hope TNG doesn't give too much of it away before then...
