Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-14

Why would 3 substantial holders sell at a time when the spot prices of U and V are moving up strongly? a DFS is close to being finished? at a 24 month low?

Are they still selling? Why hold on now after selling such large percentages of their respective holdings?

Doesn't get me excited when I see one major holder, let alone three.

Just perusing the schedule 1 for Aura Energy today and saw a very interesting snippet...Stephen Pycroft, Barbara Morgan and Brendan Kerr are all shareholders!! Big wheels indeed in a small car. I recall Pycroft was a Director of Sirius with a big holding...and from Bloomberg, Morgan is a holder of Sirius as well ...not sure on Kerr but all big names in the construction area for sure.

Now what are the key people in Mace, Kelprey and Alandale Group doing in a little Aussie outfit like Aura!!!

Maybe they want to do a Sirius Minerals in Aura!! Interesting!!

And Sirius has gone from 5-6 p to 50p in short order....Aura was up 120% on debut...where could these guy's see it heading??
