I think they own petrol stations and lease them back to coles branded petrol statations. And collect the rent - they have a deal that they get either a 3% increase a year in rent or inflation. Also the leases are long term agreements i think 13 years.I could be wrong though on some of the details - but sidenote on valuations models i also think this is under priced.
