Who ever consulted the Co's regarding SECURITY arrangements should be sacked..
It was widely assumed by holders that the rig mobilisation would be heavily guarded by land, sea and air....
It certainly seems naive for rrs and aoi to think otherwise..
But we know that they are not naive.
