It's all the fault of the plant - the evidence is unequivocal!
5,000t treated at a recovered grade of 1.9 g/t says the quarterly. What was the head grade? There is no evidence of poor plant performance until one is presented with a full set of data. No-one knows what recovery the Gekko plant has achieved. Where are the hourly tails samples from the 5,000 tonnes processed? They can publish historical tails samples, why not the more recent.
Without a head grade for the 10t Mestre sample which went through the Gekko plant how can the recovery be known?
As for the tailings, note the wording in the Quarterly, "POTENTIAL high grade source". A sampling program across the entire tailings resource may have been more profitable that all of the other exploration conducted by OGX.
OGX have not published sufficient data to demonstrate the poor performance of the plant.
