The main point being......... Celsius Resources Limited (“Celsius” or “the Company”
is pleased to advise that it has completed a Scoping Study (Study) on its 95% owned Opuwo Cobalt Project (“Project”
in Namibia. The results of the Study justify progression to a Pre-Feasibility
Many have been banging on about how they were not allowed to posts numbers etc..
Heres the reason for no numbers........as the
respective proportions of Inferred Mineral Resource and Exploration Target currently defined are likely determining factors in assessing project economics, Celsius is
currently prevented from reporting a production target or forecast financial information
based on a production target
Has ANYBODY here read the actual scoping study???...... . I believe the answer to that is NO.
So what is different today compared to pre trading halt, other than time lines.
Do you believe that the world needs cobalt going forward?
Do we have a resource & is it currently being expanded.\?
I think the results from the other drilling were (potentially so good) that BB et a could not in all honesty present a SS on the JORC resource in hand, knowing full well, what is presenting itself on the horizon. They have options (many) & still working out the best optimisation of resources going forward.
It you believe then this is a buying opportunity like no other.
Yes the numbers would be nice, (make you feel arm), but if presented & another option is forth coming at the end of the drilling programm, you would then be comparing SS1 v SS2.
However again keep in mind the following were sanctioned & allow to be posted in that hallowed espace that in the ASX.
As the following points WERE allowed to be posted in the announcement, are so are condoned & must be factual (otherwise they would have been retracted.), can't have your argument both ways.
- Scoping Study confirms potential for a large scale and long-life operation
- Commenced high-level discussions with prospective off take partners
- Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) to commence immediately
- The Scoping Study was completed at a greater level of detail than a traditional Scoping Study
- The Scoping Study and subsequent studies are expected to provide a platform for financing the Project
- The Company has commenced high level discussions regarding the Project funding and/or offtake of potential Opuwo production with a number of interested parties
- The Scoping Study has established a wide range of potential Project valuations.
CONCLUSION The Company is pleased with the outcome of the Scoping Study, which has confirmed:
- An extensive Mineral Resource has been defined, which can potentially satisfy a large, long life mine.
- No fatal flaws have been identified.
- Open pit or underground mining techniques are technically feasible to exploit the Mineral Resource, the economics of which will be further assessed against the updated Mineral Resource Estimate....
Well I'm buying (too old & slow to get in at a 6.6c entry....did that last year though)....
