Ann: Fluence launches Share Purchase Plan, page-14

I own a tidy portfolio of Fluence shares across 4x entities. I for one won’t be participating in the retail offering. Management have treated retail investors very poorly and I believe have had an interest in driving the price down to assist Ron Lauder and his mates buy in on the cheap. Bloody disgrace. Obviously the share price will be in a holding pattern between 37 cents and 44 cents until this placement is done. Strategy would be to sell your head stock at a premium to fund your allocation in the placement at 37 cents. Don’t have to be a genius to work that one out.

Management have become too arrogant and don’t care about the small investors anymore which sucks.

When was the last time Richard or Henry came to town and pressed the flesh with the guys that helped them get to where they are now ????

Very disappointing.
