Well the implicated man, as far as I understand it, is the one who brought and advised Meir and Co. to seek funding in Australia and he was with the company since conception until just very recently. SP and depth means absolutely nothing because they can be easily manipulated due to how concentrated the shareholder base is. There were many preceeding moments in history of SAS where after an announcement the SP shoot up only to be brought down very quickly, eg right after beeptool announcement. What makes you think that the same is not happening? Especially since nothing has changed with regard to fundamentals. The only thing that has changed is MM joining the company after the shocking performance of dreamscape network, which as I understand it, MM just very recently resigned from non-executive director position prior to joining SAS.
Considering Ross Smith and how HC keep getting mentions, it seems that SAS could potentially be reading the thread very closely.
