I meant to look into vanadium flow battery technology a year ago but put it off. I think that battery technology evolution should naturally become focused toward that which can handle the fastest charge possible, for the longest range of vehicular travel. So we can pull into a servo, fill up and head on our way asap. Apparently solid state batteries might be the best envisioned tech for this atm
Don't know much about them though, or what they contain, just that we apparently can't expect them to be commercially available for quite some time, perhaps 15 years.
