Alan you should have received the advice in the mail and the instructions are on that. You just log in using you HIN and some other basic data and follow the prompts.
In answer to the other question by another poster, more shareson issue, then yes your holding is diluted.
VIC needs SOMEONE on the board that intends to act in the interests of the company, and therefore by default, us the retail share holders. Spilling T Clee may create some imputus for change.
