Hi Fig, I believe the company indicated that Lionergy would be taking most of initial production, so perhaps the shipment schedule to JRO has been agreed to be deferred or wasn't too specific in the first place.
Also perhaps the company not as keen as some to just dump our major shareholder and potential customer,so may we willing to accomodate them during this phase. Like if say they can place product to someone else in the meantime then why would they enforce any breach with JRO instead of working with them to resolve?

Be nice to have JRO around when AJM move to phase 2 when the BOD so decide.
