It may be slightly reverse. The final straw for Arena may have been when they found out NXE was selling half of its asset holding company - pretty sure they would not have liked that (mind you it has been obvious that Arena's support has been shaky anyway)
Another interesting thing with the equity placement ann. Settlement of tranche 1 was to happen on or before 6/11/18. (yesterday). Now of course this may well be another mistake in the Company ann, but more likely they had to get their hands on some money asap!!
