Yes does take time Tina. But The USA {trump] has passed laws enabling the cutting of red tape so medical advances can get to people quicker.
Correct me but I think it is a Phase 2 or maybe Phase 1 pass and then it can then be obtained by {infected] needy customers.
This also provides a big data base of users while testing etc continues.
