once again......so lets bring the evidence to a court!!! Im not for Hicks nor against him. Im for Hicks ,Haneef, John Smith, Luigi, Mary and everyone having the right to fair hearing and trial. There is a fair bit of history of the courts martial/investigation system getting it wrong, or , telling the story how they want it heard.
Why are you scared of an open hearing??
