Nowhere near as good as they could be.

They have made a few very good initiatives like the Perth to Mandurah rail line, the desalination plant, starting to build a new major hospital.

Bu they have also recieved record revenues from areas like mining royalties and stamp duty and could be doing a lot more.

Of course there are always the ares of education and health, which in some ares have improved and others gone backward
