Opuwo is a great project, so I believe it is a buy despite the Board appearing to make some mistakes here.  BB has done a great job in all other respects, unfortunately he (and his fellow directors) don't seem to have gamed through this one properly in the context of ASX taking a conservative view of IS214.  

Your idea that it might have been a "strategy" is a little far fetched.  There was a trading halt, then a suspension, then an extension to the suspension.  Are you seriously suggesting that CLA would have entangled ASX (and probably ASIC) just to execute an exercise in hiding numbers?  I'm sure ASX would not take kindly to having its processes manipulated for a cynical purpose such as you are suggesting.  

The circumstances point very clearly to the statement in the announcement: ASX did not allow CLA to publish what they wanted to.

I have no doubt the project is viable - at the current JORC resource and at current cobalt prices.  Any increase to either is upside.
