Hello Prespector and Conix,
Perhaps THR may be able to obtain some 'Seed Capital' from BTV, like say $5,000,000 or so via way of Convertiable Notes and then follow that with some Loans from Blomfield (have you ever noticed their presence in THR Announcements to the FTSE) in the U.K..
Presently it seems, THR Directors are quite happy to see the THR Share Price where it is.
