disallowed is just crowd funding at the end of the day, but unlike kickstarter and co on the exchange you at least get some decent regulation and ownership of the company. There have always been plenty of risks and unknowns with SAS, that is investing in a speccy. I wouldn't define most of these as genuine red flags though. To be honest there have been very few surprises along the way. For the most part everything is going to plan (They are 3-6 months behind the original schedule, but that's not a huge deal). It is certainly nervous times for holders at the moment with D-Day for the long awaited funding solution fast approaching. But we all knew this was coming and chose to roll the dice.
