    We look at company's assets first,  I do not know how much accurate they have done calculation, but IRR more than 40% is really good.  Company assets generate millions dollar, almost billion dollars.  And we now are stuck for $5 million discussion . 

    Chinese investor  are coming and putting their money and ready fund company.
