The RIO tax deal with the Indonesians is very very positive. This will be a benchmark for RCH with its project. I think its actually with the Sulaweisi govt.

You have to hand it to the buyers in this stock. They are very patient, letting the sellers grow weiry and cash in at the buyers price.
