It is not about asking for more
The Company is in such a dire position that large dilution is currently necessary to raise relatively small amounts and they have little other option. Shareholders, however, should know exactly what their diminishing equity is and the operating Company should be the conduit for that ownership.
Selling 50% of the asset holding company, however, is a control issue and should be actively agitated against by shareholders. Many will argue that it is the same either way, however I disagree and can have ramifications down the track as discussed earlier. One of my pet hates is Directors trying to dispose of principal assets in this way.
Mr Ching would be well aware of what he is doing!!
Anyway, just an opinion and it certainly doesn't seem to bother too many on here
