At this point in time I imagine it would be existing shareholders who believe in BB. I doubt new people are aware of the implications of the SS- especially with cobalt on the outer at the moment.
Only the financial OPEX and CAPEX numbers can confirm that we are a viable project- and it's frustratingly still up in the air after this long wait.
I imagine a lot of people who bought in the CR @ 18c 6-7 short months ago are also lowering their average a bit as well. CLA is still ahead of all the would be cobalt explorers, but there's a lot of catching up to do to get to become a viable cobalt mine.
