There are maps on pages 9 and 10 and page 13 states “CO2 pipeline passes less than 2 miles from the Grieve Oil Field”.

Anadarko built this pipeline (126 miles) a few years ago for it’s Salt Creek redevelopment. A spur of 2 miles will cost probably less than $1m and could be built quickly.

My guess is that CO2 supply will come from Exxon and a JV will be with Anadarko. Grieve is too small for a company the size of Exxon to bother with, whereas Anadarko is big in CO2 recovery in the region and when you have a foothold in a region you tend to want to get bigger whenever you can.
