1/ Why did they sell off Westcoast when from all the announcements it was cash positive when they had several other options
2/ What happened in 2015 – On BRR he made the statement that they were on track to deliver their business development goals by the end of 2015 – this was again stated in an announcement dated 17 November 2018
3/ Why the delay in approval for the Artimist MAA which should have been handed done by April 2018 – then pushed out to end of 2018 and now expected June 2019
4/ Why have they not had the meeting with FDA which they have mentioned in many announcements over the last two years
5/ Why hasn’t EddingPharma submitted anything to CDFA for Zolpimist when the licensing deal was signed 2 years ago
6/ Why have they not progressed the development plan for SUD 001 with FDA considering first discussions were held in 2015
7/ What progress has been made with SUD 002 and why has there been no meeting with FDA as they were preparing for this meeting back in September 2016 (Investors Presentation released 20 September 2016)
8/ What progress has been made with SUD 003
9/ What progress has been made with Artimist considering they have held the rights since 2008
10/ Why did they not lodge a second appeal in relation to BP considering it was reported the case lodged against SUDA contained errors in both fact and in Law
10/ What was the outcome of the meeting with MHRA and has the required Pharmacokinetic study been done and what progress has been made on the dossier for a MAA which was to be submitted to MHRA or European Medicines Agency (Announcement 25 May 2017)
11/ Will they be issuing a new projected revenue forecast (Revenue shown in Investors presentation dated 15/08/2017 – 2017/2018 $9.3m, 2018/2019 $15.6m and 2019/2020 $24m) the actual for 2017/2018 was less than $6M and most of this came from Westcoast
