She wasn't very impressive to begin with. Usually, I reserve my judgement till the 2nd/3rd report. This leaving just shows she wasn't the right person for TLS and has no commitment to the company. I supposed if I were in the same "position", I might make the same move. At least, Penn still in, more kudos to the board should they "stay". I'll rather we get rid of the none committers early and there is nothing like a 1st strike to weed out the weak hands.
