That is a key point, and the fact that it comes off such a low base in terms of Market Cap allows for an easy doubling or tripling of price on good news. The key is certainly securing the funding, so I guess we'll get a jump on this news, but maybe a larger and more sustainable jump on funding confirmation.
Throw in an outline of other plans and things are looking rosy for the shares, while the options have a greater possibility but are still probably unlikely unless funding confirmation comes very soon.
