All three of these announcements should have been price sensitive IMO. One was deemed so I guess because a monetary amount was mentioned. This one also had a value mentioned
“Orient International (Holding) Co., Ltd. hosted a signing ceremony for Strategic Cooperation Agreements between Chinese buyers and companies from Britain, Thailand, Japan, Canada, Hong Kong, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Uzbekistan, Austria, New Zealand and Australia.
JAT was the sole Australian company to participate, signing a Memorandum for Purchase with Shanghai Dragon Corporation (SDC).Under the Memorandum, SDC intends to import and distribute USD $5million of JAT food products during calendar year 2019”
5m USD is a great start combined with the other 8m USD is nearly 18 mil AUD
Another announcement on the way apparently and is deemed price sensitive.
