The Company is awaiting confirmation that:
a) the final report for the external legal review has been released, and;
b) the final report and RCA have been accepted for inclusion on the agenda for NLCIL’s 15 November board meeting.

No need to get carried away on either front (positive or negative). Management are seeking clarification, the eternal review was delayed but I am sure the external consultant understands the importance of this deadline, at least I would hope NCIL has made that much clear to them.
Let's hope the external consultants are burning the candle at both ends to get it submitted.
