If I understand this correctly, it is the final version of the additional consultants report requested by NLCIL that may have missed the board papers submission deadline (7 Nov?). If so, that hardly a matter for ECT - its a matter between NLCIL and its consultant. Unfortunately it does have the potential to disrupt the previously advised timeline for NLCIL Board approval of the RCA so ECT have, on becoming aware of the matter (I wonder how), made a formal announcement to disallowed (in accordance with listing rules) and have sought clarification from NLCIL as to the consequences - it is possible the consultant is intending to submit the final report in time for the board meeting and NLCIL will accept some tardiness or it is possible that their process is something they stick to very strictly and the deadline is blown.
This is hardly ECT's fault.
Very disappointing though and not a good look but ranting about this being a ECT stuffup is way over the top.
