My general and very simple view of CRs in the low cap spec sector is as follows:

Capital Raise (CR) == Dilution == Lower Stock Price

I tend to agree with your view that the CR will be at a discount to the current 5c market price and that the SP will eventually fall to somewhere close to the CR price.

I almost purchased 4DS shares yesterday as they were down around my good value price of 5c. Then I looked at the chart and had second thoughts, more on that in the chart thread later today. I'm glad I didn't get caught in another trading halt and CR announcement this time around.
