    One way or the other the retail SPP is pretty meaningless. They have their money to keep going for a few more quarters at which stage hopefully they will be cashflow positive. Flc’s business model seems pretty cash intensive with a lot of front up cost and risk. The retail component is just a token to keep retail happy.
