I also agree, I would much rather us be working with soarlabs as we would definitely be in a better place than what we are currently.  We would probably be much further along with the exchange and we would have the benefit of all the soarcoin for finance.  Things were much rosier in 2017!  Not sure soarlabs would be so eager to work with us though if we were to ask them though.

Noetic has stepped in to the breach with little notice or time to prepare and I think we would have not got anywhere with the exchange if they had not helped us - not sure how many other alternatives to them that we have for getting this thing done. Just my view.  =)
