Nice posts and I can only agree - the fundamentals are all there as is the writing on the board.
My dream scenario is that WHEN they announce granting of the leases - it coincides with an improvement in overall market sentiment towards all gold companies which is being muted by many to be on the horizons (ie they are finding their bottom and have been oversold).
