I don't like the metrics for this one @madamswer at least from the organic Australian business.
If you do the sums over the past 5 years of Market Share Loss (44% to 40%) / Revenue Per Client (+1% CAGR) / Industry Growth (+2% CAGR) indicates around +1% Revenue Growth P.A.
Which of those metrics can you pull the lever upwards for the next 5 years given low cost competitor impact will continue? And that doesn't factor any downside from costs increases / margin compression.
