While they are in a TH they don't need to anounce anything to the market until Friday morning. Today's deadline is the banks deadline not that imposed by the ASX. It is quite possible they will ask for a suspension until they finalise their negotiations. While TH is in place shareholders are not affected by insiders. It seems clear that whatever deals are in play, Centro are no longer in control of confidentiality hence the TH.
