I used to he as enthusiastic as anyone about BUL. Sometime ago I reviewed my holdings and in BUL's case what I found was quarterly after quarterly talk about a GSA and a pipeline. To date we have neither and in a strong market I ask myself why? SB's valuation is worthless without these and the total lack of inactivity certainly in the last 12 months has me questioning management and the ability to get our reserves to market.
You might find it acceptable to have your money tied up for years at time but I don't, I just wish management would get on with what they should be doing and not decreasing shareholders wealth.
