I will give you a clue - The Italians who came to Australia would have had (on average) a far higher IQ and education than those from Africa - just look at the differences in literacy rate .
Its an easy scape goat to blame it all on religious beliefs there are a multitude of reasons for people to be unable to integrate but the main variable is academic ability not religion
