No trading will occur until the trading halt is lifted. So your order will stay in there until the DFS announcement is made public and then the trading halt is lifted. If there is a seller in there at $0.021 then you will trade with them (though expect a lot of movements in the order book after the DFS data has been announced, there may be no sellers there at $0.021 and if you want to get on you may need to amend your order).
