In the recent webinar I posed this question to Iggy which he didn’t answer properly.
Assuming successful close of finance (mezzanine US90M + Stream US60M) in say early February 2019, why does the company need to raise another (AUD30M) when we already have project momentum from the recent equity raise funding current stage 1 construction.
Another raise will cause yet more major dilution, particularly in light of the recent share price fall.
I now have my answer. No CRs until close of finance. Great decision.
